Robert Szoke
Lead Pastor
Bob is the lead pastor at Impact Christian Church. One of his biggest passions has always been church planting. Bob has been part of the Ignite Church planting ministry for years and has had a role in starting and mentoring countless churches in the area. Many years ago Bob came to Impact to serve the people of Merrillville. He has a heart for helping others and a desire to teach everyone he meets about the love of Jesus. Bob serves alongside his wife Lorraine.
Tim Saco
Associate Pastor
Tim serves as part of the preaching team. He serves along side Bob and Jon to help people experience the presences of a loving God. Tim served at Impact in 2017-2018 and returned in October 2024. Tim has a passion for helping people see their value in Jesus and standing alongside them on this journey of life.
Jon Spencer
Associate Pastor
Jon has served with Impact since October 2016. Jon is part of the preaching team and leads worship each week.
